Shipping Policy

Welcome to We are your go-to online shop for genuine, brand new toner cartridges for branded printers. When you shop at, rest assured your order will be dispatched within 2 days or even earlier! 

And the great news is that our normal shipping services are offered free of charge to our esteemed customers. In case you want your order via express delivery (second day or overnight shipping) then you can get it for an extra fee. 

Please note that even though we work hard to dispatch and deliver your order at the earliest, deliveries will take 1 to 2 business days or more, depending on the customer’s delivery address. We can ship to any location in the world though Covid-19 restrictions may not allow us to deliver to every location. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Returns Policy is committed to customer satisfaction. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product received, have place an incorrect order, or changed your mind about the branded toners you have purchased, we will gladly offer you a store credit or refund for the unused and unopened items you return. 

Please note the following: 

  • All items must be returned unused, unopened, and undamaged, within 30 days from the date of invoice.

  • Expired items will not be replaced or credited

  • All items with expiry dates must have at least 6 months lifespan remaining.

  • All items must be in the original packaging. We do not accept resealed items. 

  • We recommend using different external packaging for shipping to ensure items returned are in good condition.

  • All incorrectly ordered or unwanted returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.

  • Please ensure goods are returned with a tracking number, as we will not issue a store credit or refund for items that have not been received by our warehouse.

  • Goods that are shipped with ‘receiver to pay’ will be rejected, leaving the courier responsible for the appropriate disposal of the returned items.

Warranty provides a 1-year warranty on all our compatible products. Warranty for original brand products is per the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
